Egyptian Broadcast| GSO Summit #2
Preface
The Arab Republic of Egypt and Egyptian Armed Forces are honored to have the privilege of hosting our second weekly GSO summit.
We discussed 3 main topics within this summit:
- IP Grabbing / Doxxing
- Joint Community Events
- Geo-Political Climate Discussion
IP Grabbing / Doxxing
As a summit, we came to the universal consensus that the use of personal information as a leverage point on this platform is despicable, and should not be tolerated.
We discussed the drafting of a resolution to be voted on by the council that entails the following:
- IP Grabbing / Doxxing in any form is met by a tribunal of GSO affiliates to be discussed, but is ultimately at the liberty of the group leader to punish for
- A group leader will have the option of following the GSO minimum recommended punishment; failure to do so results in sanctions imposed by all GSO affiliates
Joint Community Events
I proposed a system of joint events involving all members of the GSO in order to facilitate activity, unity, communication, and keep members of the GSO from drifting apart like they have in past alliances. The system entails the following:
- A nonstop event rotation
- Every group gets to host
- A variety of events, including obbies, raids, or game nights
- The centralization of said events on one platform, whether it be the GSO Discord or a twitter that all GSO affiliates follow
Geo-Political Climate Discussion
We came to a split desiscion regarding Gmf34’s USM, Dell’s USAF, and Soarinsin’s SAF.
The two dominating rhetorics were as follows:
My personal view was that we realistically look at what they’ve done wrong, and stop blindly flaming them. Some healthy beef keeps the community alive.
Other view points involve the utter decimation of these groups, using any means necessary to get rid of them.
In the end, only a vote will decide the course of action that we take.
