Hello, Regiment!

I write to you today wishing to communicate my future development plans for the Regiment, seeing as game development will either make or break our group and community.

There are a variety of approaches to game development we can take, however with limited funds, resources, times, and talent, we must find new ways to adapt and overcome in order to promote our vision of a thriving community.

Our games will shape our future. Let’s make it a bright one.

Academy

Social Space

SASR’s Academy will be a game where players are constantly engaged with one another. With spaces set aside for commerce, roleplay, and interaction, in addition to light training functions required to acclimate new recruits to SASR’s operational climate.

Possible Features:

  • Cash System
  • Rent-able Booths (Similar to GRP)
  • Stores
  • Clubs / Restuarants
  • Balanced weapons and tools
  • Gamepasses for extra currency or roleplay items
  • Interactive Training Features (obbies that count and save your number of completions, mini games, trivia, etc. all that are saved on leaderboards for you to compete with fellow members of the Regiment in)

The academy will be low lag, inclusive to all, minimal admin involved, and entirely self sufficient. This is where the majority of our activity will be centered.

Combat Trainer

Training Space

SASR’s combat trainer will have the unique role of taking Robloxians with no prior combat experience and turning them into capable warriors. Features such as automation, stat tracking, and aesthetic progression to incentivize constant use of this trainer.

Possible Features:

  • Dynamic Raid Simulator
  • Custom Name Tags
  • In-Game Shop / Point System
  • Leaderboards
  • Kill / Death Tracker / Database
  • Automated Map and Weapon Changes

This game will be a medium lag game, made for group members only, specifically for members with a decent PC who wish to improve at combat. It will be replayable and engaging, no mod will be needed to keep this game going.

These two games are my goals for the immediate future in order to promote the activity and combat readiness of the Regiment. I heavily encourage you to leave input and aid in building this Regiment into something amazing (no pun intended).
