The following OP Order will be executed on 7 March, 2019.
The purpose of this Operation is the revival of a fit, effective, professional command staff to manage the daily workings of SASR at the HIGHCOM level.
- 152 SIG and SFR shall be shut down until further notice
- The NCO Academy will be revamped into the officer academy, and will be a requirement of any and all SASR Officers to complete within the month, lest they lose their rank
- An official command flow (duties to be carried out by each staff member job descriptions) will be enforced within the Regiment, with failure to abide by it leading to loss of rank/job.
- HIGHCOM Selections will take place in a manner consistent with selections.
- Promotion Criteria will be looked at and re-evaluated by the new HIGHCOM after selections are complete.
HIGHCOM SELECTIONS
In order to be eligible for HIGHCOM Selections, please complete the following tasks, and submit proof via powerpoint presentation.
- Recruit 20 members into SASR/Discord in less than 24 hours
- Cause a revolution
- Better the community
- End a dispute
- Mentor someone
- Prove your loyalty
- Propose a 5 pronged Community reform plan
- Make a 5 slide slideshow of a historical Community figure, along with their significance
- End a War
- Begin a War
- Show the MM community that we indeed, reign supreme
- 30 Second minimum recruitment video
- Prove you can delegate
- 4 raid wins with proof
- Hosting 1 24 hour event (people can serve in shifts and you can use numerous people)
- Host one discord/community event
- Comfort an enemy
- Establish a Community presence on any social media platform
- Create a recruitment decal
- Publish your own personal history with the Community
- Create a 20 slide minimum presentation with proof of all of the things required of you plus a title slide which will be shared with usm.rbxdatabse@gmail.com
Note: If there is not sufficient proof or documentation of your tasks, you will not receive credit for them.
