MEMORANDUM FOR
UNITED STATES MILITARY

SUBJECT: Initiating the second USM wide operation to drive up activity, funding, community involvement, and group exposure.

1. Operation Rising tide will be an effort involving every branch of the United States Military. In this operation, we will continue to take advantage of Roblox’s premium payout system with our AFK farming of the academy, but we will also institute a new policy of accepting allies and beginning to branch out to other groups (1,016 members at the time of this memorandum).
2. Upon publication of this memorandum, AFK farming is now a non-punishable offense, regardless of the current USM operation at hand.
3. The USM will begin to accept allies as it seeks out suitable partners to skirmish, raid, and conduct joint operations with. The sole requirement for an ally is willingness to raid or be raided by the USM. Allies will be kept in the enemies tab as we evaluate who we want our long term partners in the community to be.
4. The USM’s warzones and technology will continue to be refined as we near our development goals as a community.
5. Awards, points, and schools, will be hosted more than ever as we ramp up our efforts to induct the very first USM personnel into our officer corps. E6’s will have a mandatory branch time of either recruiting or training command to expedite the USM’s growth and progression, and diversify our staff experience.
6. The period for this operation is 1 month, meaning it will expire on the 14th of June, 2021. After determining whether this operation was a success or failure, we will more forward with another operation catered to where we are as a group and community.

1. Reach 2000 Members by the end of the Operation date
2. Have under 10% of personnel in the IET process (IET-E1)
3. Complete the GFX for every group and game
4. Complete FPS warzone, TPS warzone, and USM combat trainer
5. Run 20 USD in ads daily, amounting to 60k robux raised in the 1 month period (total yearly revenue of 94,332 Robux)
