OUR MISSION STATEMENT
SASR is constantly striving to enhance the online gaming environment without regards to skill, race, gender or personal beliefs. Our goal, over all the years, has been to become a hub for all types of players. Whether they are competitive or casual gamers, SASR is a place to call home while allowing members to express their individual talents and passions for the Robloxian Modern Military Genre.
Who Dares, Wins
HISTORY OF MODERN SASR
With the advancement of technology including gaming servers and LANs, games grew more complex. Team based play became more accessible as massive online games began to dominate the game industry. As the number of gamers grew, they united to form communities (clans). Some of the communities were casual, while others grew competitive. This forming the origins on Roblox as what we now know as the clan community.
EAF Founder MosseyReality was in one of the first Robloxian Clans ever to grace the game. X101st Legion was a group established far before groups in Roblox were even a game feature, where players all congregated in the same game and paid varying prices for uniforms of different ranks, thus beginning the basic clan progression system.
Spetsnaz Era — January 30, 2012
Nerfmodder’s Spetsnaz was one of the most innovative groups on Roblox, and is, in many ways, a third generation of organized clangaming. Its family tree dates back to the early days of March of 2012. Clans in this era were groups of up to around 2500 members who trained together, fought together, and patrolled specially made maps in competitions against other clans. Competition was fierce. Current leader of the Regiment, Happyelephant19 (now AlaskanReality) was amazed by the organization, teamwork, and creativity he saw in the Spetsnaz when discovering one of their games on the games page of Roblox. This was the first time he’d played Roblox , and the beginning of an adventure unlike any other. This is where the Field Marshall learned the basic dyamic of a Robloxian group and set him on the right track to the creation of the greatest group in Robloxian History.
USM Era-Febuary 15, 2012
The USM led by Gmf23 was one of the first groups in Roblox to incorporate a modernized, realism type role-play element into their group structure and game play. They innovated through the use of real-life military institutions in their group organization, practicing actual drill movements, customs and courtesies, and attracting a large group of people from around the world, many of which who would go on to be Active Duty Military.
Happyelephant19 had very little access to a computer, but used his time wisely to serve in the USM’s many Special Operations units, earning his reputation as the commander of the 4th POG, a psychological operations unit whose goal was to produce propaganda and empower the rest of the group. In his short tenure in the USM, Happyelephant19 made a large number of friends, even incorporating friends from school into his online community and eventually creating his first standalone group. The name of this group shall only be known by those in it, but those in this 2012 community will never forget the memories they made. Happyelephant19 interacted with huge names in the game on many occasions that many years later, he would one day have to face off with. Until then, he took a hiatus and stopped playing Roblox; the progression of clans and military commuities, however, did not.
A New Beginning — July 7, 2017
The next return of Happyelephant19 was in March of 2017, much to his surprise the once thriving USM numbering at over 27,000 members was now down to a pitiful 400 members. He worked tirelessly as CiC to bring back the struggling group and elevated it with the help of many big names. The group’s previous problems with free-ranking, mistreatment of “casual” members, and a slew of other toxic behaviors were all but cured. Unfortunately, the group owner Gmf23 and AlaskanReality (formerly Happyelephant19) had a falling out, leading to the creation of the Egyptian Armed Forces.
Zamalek Accords — November 5, 2017
AlaskanReality’s small group of followers from EAF were now posed against the empire he spent years building, the USM. The USM and it’s allies, including the largest US Army on Roblox, the largest British Army on Roblox, the largest Galactic Empire on Roblox, SASR, numerous groups from the Star Wars Genre, and a slew of other coalition communities. AlaskanReality’s small, hardened community of around 400 players. Needless to say, their dedication shined through, EAF tore through the coalition defenses, netting about 18 raid wins in the toughest week of fighting, and dozens more in defensive victories in the famed Zamalek Province. The was culminated with the Thanksgiving AA attack on the USM, where Egyptian Commandos managed to derank over 27,000 USM members and turn the entire USM High Command Against itself, effectively dismantling the USM. This war brought EAF’s community into the limelight and showed Roblox that for the first time, a group had effectively combined the Modern Military Roleplay and War Clan Genres into an effective, inclusive, and fun fighting force. EAF was shut down after fulfilling it’s purpose on July 22, 2018.
Regimental Purchase — June 23 2018
On this Day, AlaskanReality purchased the Special Air Service Regiment (one of EAf’s Previous Enemies) for 12,000 robux from Dtpain and DragonAresko. The group had a proud history tarnished by that of a careless owner, CornValcan. EAF integrated it’s community into the larger group and started it’s trek to the top of the world of Clans and Guilds, carving it’s path through Robloxian History.
The Future →???
The future promises both great struggles and great opportunities. We intend to make the most of both. Special Air Service Regiment has organized a dedicated community focusing on the betterment of Robloxian gaming. Through the wisdom and dedication of its leaders, SASR has grown to become one of the largest Robloxian communities in the world.

OFFICIAL SASR POLICIES
RANK RETENTION POLICY
The minimum rank of any member of SASR who has completed the NCOA is Corporal. The minimum of any SASR member in the Official SASR Discord is Private. Under no circumstances at all can either of said groups be demoted below their rank threshold states here.
CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY POLICY
SASR considers its confidential and proprietary information, including the confidential and proprietary information of our members, to be one of its most valuable assets. As a result, members must carefully protect and must not disclose to any third party any confidential and proprietary information belonging to SASR or its members. Protected information includes (but is not limited to) matters of a technical nature, information technologies, product sources, product research, designs, matters of a business nature including (but not limited to) member lists, member data, maps, scripts, strategies, and/or Board Room related topics.
CORRECTIVE ENFORCEMENT POLICY
Whenever a member is to be investigated, reprimanded, or retrained, a minimum of two (2) officers above the member’s rank must be present at all times. The investigative must be locked and controlled (as “investigative group leader”) by the highest ranking officer. If the offending member refuses to join the investigative group after 1 days (24 hours) and after multiple invitations/messages, the member is automatically “Rank Suspended” until such time that they comply.
If offender does not comply with invitations/messages from the Officer, the offending member may be “Exiled” at HIGHCOM’s discretion for violating the CoC. If they accept the disciplinary action, they may ask to go to a higher officer contest it, after the fact. This is not a breach of the Chain of Command. But if the member does not ask to go to a higher officer and goes to a higher officer directly, this is a breach of the Chain of Command, and they may be banned from said division.
COURT SYSTEM POLICY
In order to have a blacklist, membership revocation, exile, membership reinstate, or Discord ban officially appealed, the member (or non-member) must go through the SASR court system on the Discord, but must wait 30 days before applying for the appeal. All appeals will be processed in a transparent and unbiased manner by our court of community judges. Once an appeal has been processed and decided upon by the court judges, the decision is final. If the appeal is denied and the member, former member or community disagrees with the court’s ruling, a subsequent appeal may be reconsidered after one year’s time (365 days) from the date of the ruling.
DISCIPLINARY POLICIES
All disciplinary actions are to be administered in a private environment. Division leaders must have a member of div staff or higher as witness. If the member makes themselves “unavailable” for said action(s), the highest ranking officer (of the disciplining group) may message the infracting member through their Discord or Roblox account, notifying them of their infraction(s) and/or its consequence(s). Disciplinary action should never be given out through any other social media.
SUSPENSION, WORKING RANK SUSPENSION, and “DO NOT HIRE” (R.S., W.R.S., D.N.H.)
Is the disciplinary action for minor infractions of the rules, or Code of Conduct (CoC). Only Brigadier Generals and above may Rank Suspend. Brigadier Generals may Rank Suspend for any amount of time up to (and including) one (1) week, or two (2) division meetings, whichever comes first.
There are two forms of progressive discipline under Rank Suspension:
- R.S. [Rank Suspension]
- W.R.S. [Working Rank Suspension]
First, the member must have their discord rank tag updated with “W.R.S.” or “R.S.” (Whichever applies) and have their status and administrative information updated in the appropriate log.
There are two forms of DNH:
- Squad level DNH
- Division level DNH
Non-Working Rank Suspension (R.S.)
This is where the member (whom is being disciplined) has their rank AND membership suspended simultaneously. During which time they are prohibited from attending any meetings, game nights, or any other Squad/Division level activity for the duration of their suspension. Rule two of SASR(No Man Left Behind) is then suspended for the R.S. and/or W.R.S. member(s). Active SASR members may then choose NOT to play with the individual being punished during the period of suspension without fear of penalty for a CoC violation.
Working Rank Suspension (W.R.S.)
This is where the member (whom is being disciplined) is required to come to meeting(s), events, etc. take notes/attendance for the meeting and post them on the Discord website while their rank is suspended. The suspended member may be required to read aloud the Code of Conduct, in part (or whole), in the meeting(s) solely at the discretion of the member who administered the suspension. Rule #2 of SASR (No Man Left Behind) is then suspended for the R.S. and/or W.R.S. member(s). Active SASR members may then choose NOT to play with the individual being punished during the period of suspension without fear of penalty for a CoC violation.
Squad Level DNH
If a General is having trouble with a member(s), the Brigadier may go to their General and ask if they may “DNH” the particular member(s). If the General approves, it may then be escalated to the Division Leader, who will transfer/remove the member(s) out of that Squad/Division.
Division Level DNH
A Division Leader may DNH a particular member(s) from the Division after a member has accumulated “three (3) strikes” for members over 18 years old, or “one (1) strike” for members 17 years old or under.
The Division Leader may choose to “DNH” a member who has broken the Code of Conduct (CoC). Only Division Leader and above may “DNH”. If after 72 hours, the member is unable to locate a suitable Squad/Division, the member is then considered a non-member and immediately removed from SASR.
Membership Revoked
When a member (or members), have severely (or continuously), broken the CoC such to the extent that they must be removed from the community immediately. However, since the member (or members) in question may not represent an immediate or severe threat to the community, Blacklisting will not be warranted. The removal of a member from the community for breaking the Code of Conduct (CoC) in such a severe fashion that senior leadership deem them entirely “unfit” for the community. Once a member has had their membership revoked, they may seek the SASRCourt System for an appeal after thirty (30) days.
Requirements to effect a Membership Revoked on a member:
Two (2) Senior Officers with Brigadiers or above awareness of the situation.
-or -
One (1) General
· A member will automatically be membership revoked, if said member becomes DNH’d from 3 separate divisions.
Blacklisting
Blacklisting is an action reserved for the most severe and egregious of behaviors/threats against the SASR community (in part, whole, or digitally), or any of its individual members or collectively. Blacklisting may only be implemented by an Owner(s) approval. Members are strictly prohibited from any contact (real or otherwise) with any Blacklisted individuals, communities, groups, or clans. Including on a members’ “friends-list”.
The following list includes (but is not limited to) actionable offences which may result in a member (or members) being Blacklisted:
- Impersonation
- Harassment (including sexual)
- Threats of violence (credible)
- Information Technology Sabotage
- Stalking
- Felonious Activity
EQUAL GAMING OPPORTUNITY POLICY
An important part of SASR is to provide equal gaming opportunities to all gamers. Discrimination against anyone, including “but not limited to”: game (play/skill), race, age, gender bias, sexual orientation, gender orientation, religious affiliation, national origin, disability, political affiliation, or any other personal interest, or investment is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. SASR strives to provide community environment which is fair and equal to all its members.
GAMING VIOLENCE POLICY
SASR believes in maintaining a safe and healthy gaming experience, in part, by promoting an open, friendly, and a supportive gaming environment for all its members. Violence and/or threats of violence have no place in our community. Violence and/or threats is never an effective solution to any problem. Members are expected to immediately report any violation(s) of this policy to their superior officer(s). Any member found threatening another member, will be subject to severe disciplinary action, up to (and including) Rank Suspension, Membership Revocation and/or Blacklisting from SASR.
HARASSMENT and/or INTIMIDATION POLICY
SASR will not tolerate harassment and/or intimidation of our members in any situation. Harassment is governed by state laws, which change from state to state, but is usually defined as a course of conduct which annoys, threatens, intimidates, alarms, or puts a person in fear of their safety. Harassment is unwanted, unwelcome, and uninvited behavior that demeans, threatens, or offends the individual. Intimidation includes (but is not limited to) knowingly putting another person (or persons) in fear of harm to one’s physical, mental, emotional, or personal loss.
Additionally, intimidating an SASR member, such that it holds their membership, safety, credentials, rank, or title hostage, in jeopardy, or in lieu of inappropriate, or for non-governed performance, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Example: Threatening (or intimidation) for more than the minimum rank or membership requirements is strictly prohibited. Violations to this policy may result in severe disciplinary action(s), including (but not limited to) Blacklisting of your membership. Additionally, you may even face criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, should the situation provide for it.
INACTIVITY POLICY
We encourage all SASR members to remain active within the community in order to keep their memberships active. Please be sure to log in and take part in SASR activities and meetings at least twice a month. No member should be in an officer slot if they have not been active in game or in Discord for 7 days.
Examples of inactivity may include (but are not limited to):
- Non-attendance in Squad activities.
- Failure to communicate at all with your Squad/Division staff, or being offline.
Members, who go inactive for more than 7 days, forfeit their membership.
NOTE: Members who are removed for inactivity, but wish to return, must go through the court system to have membership privileges reinstated.
IMPERSONATION POLICY
SASR strictly prohibits any member to impersonate or misrepresent themselves in any way. This includes (but not limited to): impersonation or misrepresentation of your uniform, your rank, department affiliation, activity completions (including testing/training), and/or military status for purpose of manipulation, abuse of the rules, policies, or special consideration(s) not deserved to you. SASR conveys huge respect for all those who risk themselves in defense of their country. Impersonation of a military affiliation is prohibited. Those caught violating this policy may face severe disciplinary action(s), including (but not limited to), Blacklisting of their membership.
INVESTIGATION AND EVIDENTIARY POLICY
Because we don’t know each other in real life, we must take each other at “our word” (the unspoken honor code). When a member submits testimony without hard evidence, an officer’s testimony is given greater weight, more so than a non-commissioned rank. Should the dispute involve 2 officers (without hard evidence), then more weight is afforded to the higher ranking officers’ testimony. Any evidence must be submitted to a Senior Director or higher, afterwards the evidence must be deleted/destroyed.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE POLICY (LOA)
There are three (3) types of “L.O.A.”
- Short-Term L.O.A.
- Long-Term L.O.A.
- Military L.O.A.
Short-Term L.O.A.
A member may request a “Short-Term” leave of absence from their SASR membership at any time without denial. The member may receive an LOA, and will be then subsequently relieved of any and all responsibilities during their requested absence period. If the member is an officer, an equal (or superior) officer will be assigned to cover their responsibilities while on LOA. The period for which qualifies as Short-Term LOA is: 1 to 15 days. Upon returning from Short-Term LOA within the allotted timeframe, the member is restored to active status and returned to their previous position before leaving on LOA. Should the member not return to their “post” in that timeframe, the member will automatically be upgraded to “Long-Term LOA” status for the duration of the Long-Term time limit (75 days more). The member will then be removed from their Squad/Division to allow for SASR related progress to occur. The member’s’ position may then be made available for another member to be promoted into. Upon returning late, the TRANSFER POLICY will apply.
Long-Term L.O.A.
A member may receive a “Long-Term” leave of absence from their SASR membership at any time. The member will be then subsequently relieved of any and all responsibilities during their absence. The period for which qualifies as Long-Term LOA, is: 16 to 90 days. A member on Long-Term LOA must be removed from their Squad/Division. Should the member not return to their “post” in that timeframe, the member will automatically be removed from their slot and subject to the INACTIVITY POLICY.
Military L.O.A.
A member may receive a “Military” leave of absence from their SASR membership at any time. The member will be subsequently relieved of any and all responsibilities during their absence. Military LOA is: 1 to 365 days. Should the member not return to their “post” in that timeframe, the member will automatically be removed from their SASR job slot and subject to the REJOINING POLICY. This is necessary due to the continual growth and evolution of SASR’s Membership and Policies, which after 365 days (or more) of absenteeism from, will have changed substantially. Military LOA will require proof in the form of ID and validation by the Chief of Staff. All information will be destroyed upon returning from LOA. Furthermore, any member found to have falsified their military status or utilizing “Stolen Valor” for the purposes of a Military LOA, may be subject to disciplinary action(s), including (but not limited to) Blacklisting of your membership.
Procedure for LOA:
- Member must notify a superior officer for LOA status.
- Member must put in their rank “LOA.”.
- Must have the LOA discord tag until they return.
- Must send message to a Senior Officer with your intended dates of departure and return. Example: “LOA 7/7/2010 to 7/27/2010”
- Upon returning, the member updates their Discord Server Nickname and tag, notifying the proper personnel
- Any member not following the SASR LOA policy is to be considered NOT ON LOA and subject to full membership policies.
LOA provides for needed time away for personal reasons. Should a member be found to be actively playing on their PC(game progression), they may be considered “returned from LOA” and subject to active duty policies. L.O.A. is a consideration to its membership which SASR recognizes for needed time away from their computers (for personal or real life demands), NOT SASR, or your responsibilities to your rank. If a member is found to be using the LOA process to shelter themselves from their responsibilities (shirking), they may face disciplinary action(s), including (but not limited to), Membership Revoked.
OPEN DOOR POLICY
ONLY FOR HIGHCOM SPECIFIC OPEN DOOR POLICY: MUST GO TO THE SASR DISCORD AND TAG HIGHCOM WHEN UTILIZING THE OPEN DOOR POLICY. IF SOMEONE DIRECTLY MESSAGES THE HIGH COMMAND OR OWNER STRAIGHT AWAY, THEY WILL BE DISCIPLINED UP TO AND INCLUDING MEMBERSHIP REVOKED.
In SASR we want to ensure that members of all ranks are given a path to speak to leadership. This includes (but is not limited to) topics about harassment, discrimination, general clan questions or concerns. It is preferred that you use the Chain of Command and go directly to the leaders placed over you. But if after talking to your leadership, you feel the need for additional discussion, you are welcomed to talk with your higher leadership. The Open Door Policy is not an invitation to circumvent the Chain of Command. You, as a member of SASR, must always take responsibility that circumventing the Chain of Command may result in disciplinary action. The relationship between you and your leaders will be one of the most important relationships you will have in SASR.
PRIVATE INFORMATION POLICY
No member(s) may be permitted to circulate, distribute, deliver, post, redirect, or any other conveyance (be it verbal, links, or otherwise) any personal information pertaining to another SASR member (past or present), including (but not limited to): pictures, phone numbers, real names, locations, email address, member personal social account(s), etc., without the expressed permission (in writing/or recording) to do so from that member. Action(s) violating this policy may result in an immediate membership revocation to all offender(s) involved.
RANKING POLICY
No rank (or title) is EVER guaranteed. Members may not hold a rank (or title) without first successfully completing their proper rank qualifications/ test and/or training for that position. Just because you pass a test, does NOT mean you are entitled to a promotion. Acting ranks (ie: “Acting General”) is to be secured by a superior rank, not a subordinate one.
RECRUITING POLICY
The recruiting process will take place in 3 main steps that can be done at different times, but they must be done in order and the person who recruited the potential member must be present for all 3 steps.
1. Explain to the member what the letters SASR mean (Special Air Service Regiment) and get them into uniform. Have them send join the SASR Discord. Continue gaming with the recruit. During this process of training, the recruiter should also be checking the recruit’s Roblox history. SASR has a strict “1 month old+” policy in place to prevent potential threats from joining SASR.
2. Walk them through the Discord and verify that their account or profile is working. Have them introduce themselves on the Discord and show them where to locate our ranking structure/code of conduct. Introduce them to other members in squad they aren’t currently friends with.
3. Have them attend a squad meeting. After the meeting if it’s decided the recruit is a good fit for Discord have them apply to a division in accordance with that division’s application policy.
This recruiting policy was formatted this way to encourage more casual gamers to join SASR and to promote a natural recruiting and follow up process.
If during the recruiting the recruit express an interest to continue onto the next step, then you can proceed.
At no point will the recruiter have the recruit write down any training information. The recruiter will show the recruit where the information can be found on the Discord. (Training workshops after a member has reached cpl or above are excluded.)
Note: Potential recruits who are in a hostile group have 14 days to leave said group after joining SASR. They need to be out of the other clan and inactive 30 days prior to being considered as a new recruit for SASR. Blacklisted communities will be determined by threat level.. I.e threat level 1–3 is 3 months and 4–5 will be 6 months.
No member of the Regiment can be mandated, ordered, or co-erced into any Non-SASR Discord server. The SASR Discord is the only authorized means of official communication for Regiment affairs.
RELATIONSHIP POLICY — SUBJECT OF: “CONFLICT OF INTEREST”
SASR does not allow personal “real life” relationships within the same Squad/Division, due to the potential of a conflict of interest. This is to prevent the idea of favoritism “or non-favoritism”, and/or the perception of it.
- A staff member may not be in a relationship with a non-staff member, and two staff members may not be in a relationship within the same division. The only time these requirements can be changed, is if the two are physically in a relationship under the same roof.
REAL LIFE POLICY
Real life comes first, but not to the detriment of SASR. SASR recognizes that members have a real life outside of SASR. Members are expected to handle their personal life first; however, the responsibilities you voluntarily accepted are still expected to be upheld. If you can not perform your job, then don’t accept (or alternatively, surrender) the position. All jobs within SASR will require a certain amount of sacrifice of your time away from your gaming and/or personal life. Complaints of inadequate game time (or personal time) or threats of quitting will qualify for an immediate demotion of rank, and/or may be interpreted as your resignation from SASR, and will be handled accordingly.
REJOINING POLICY
After being Membership Revoked or Blacklisted, log onto the Discord(unless you were banned from the Discord for your offence) and navigate to the Court Area. Alternatively, you may ask someone whose membership is still in “good standing” with SASR to go to the forums and do it for you.
Go to the Court area to access and fill out the appeal form correctly. Wait patiently for all judges and witnesses to post. Answer any and all questions directed to you. Accept the subsequent decision as final. You may appeal again 1 year (365 Days) from the time of the court’s ruling.
SECURITY RISK POLICY
In the event of an extreme security risk, Division leaders may send out a mandatory “Block Comms” To squads only within their division. They must follow up with a Senior Officer within 24 hours to assess the threat.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY:
(S)exual (H)arassment (A)ccepted (R)eponse (P)revention-S.H.A.R.P.
Any suggestions made to any member that sexual favors will affect any term or condition of membership with SASR will not be tolerated. It is the policy of SASR that any harassment, including acts which create a hostile gaming environment, or any other discriminatory act(s) directed against our members, will result in swift and severe discipline, up to and including, blacklisting. SASR will not tolerate any such harassment of our members by anyone. For purposes of this policy, sexual harassment is defined as: Any type of sexually oriented conduct, whether intentional or not, which is unwelcome, and has the purpose (or effect) of creating a gaming environment which is hostile, offensive, or coercive. The following are examples of conduct that, depending upon the circumstances, may constitute sexual harassment.
Examples to this policy include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Verbal abuse of a sexual nature, sexually degrading or vulgar words to describe an individual.
- The display of sexually suggestive objects, pictures, posters or cartoons.
- Unwelcome comments about an individual’s body.
- Sexual harassment may include anything from calling a person a derogatory name to making advances of a sexual nature.
- Asking questions about sex, unwelcome sexual jokes, language, nicknames, advances, or proposition.
- Written or oral conveyed conduct of a sexual nature.
If a sexual harassment accusation has been made, both members will be R.S.’d for the duration the investigation. Members must bring any violation of this policy to the immediate attention of their leaders so it may be escalated up to a Senior Officer. This policy is one of the three exceptions to breaking the Chain of Command.
SLANDER / DEFAMATION / LIBEL OF CHARACTER POLICY
Slander is the oral communication of false statements that are harmful to a person’s reputation. Defamation, is the communication of a false statement “or claim” which harms the reputation of an individual person or group. Libel is defined as defamation by written or printed words, pictures, or in any form other than by spoken words or gestures. If the statements are proven to be true, it is a complete defense to a charge of slander. Oral opinions that don’t contain statements of fact don’t constitute slander. Slander is an act of communication that causes someone to be shamed, ridiculed, held in contempt, and lowered in the estimation of the community.
The basic elements of a claim of slander include (but not limited to):
- A defamatory statement;
- Published to third parties;
- In whereas, the speaker or publisher knew (or should have known) that their statement(s) were false.
“SNOWFLAKE” POLICY
As members of SASR, we all feel (to a certain degree) that we are “special” and/or “unique” (like a “snowflake”) in one way or another. However, SASR is a gaming community full of many individuals, owned by HIGHCOM, Senior Officers and their Junior Officer Staff, and ran by the renowned NCO Corps. Policies, rules, and procedures are FIXED and are set forth and intended to accommodate (and appeal) to the membership in its entirety, NOT just for the individual “snowflake”. SASR is not representative of a democracy, it is a corporation intending to address and provide a safe, family oriented, gaming environment for mass appeal to the gaming populations of the world, not just you, or “the individual”. If you feel that your idea for a policy consideration needs to be addressed from a corporate stand-point (throughout SASR), we invite you to make the suggestion to your direct leadership, so that it may be brought up through the proper Chain of Command for consideration.
SUICIDE POLICY
If at any time, any member threatens, implies, or suggests that they are intending, thinking of, considering, or have taken steps which will (or could) lead to their demise (death), or any significant bodily harm, is AUTOMATICALLY Membership Revoked. YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY TAKE THIS REPORT TO THE HIGHEST RANKING OFFICER YOU CAN FIND. For this policy, the “Chain of Command” is suspended.
YOU ARE NOT TO CONSULT, ADVISE, NURTURE, OR PROVIDE ANY OPINIONS WHATSOEVER. SASR STRICTLY PROHIBITS YOU TO INTERCEDE. You are to report it ONLY and with the HIGHEST PRIORITY, No Exceptions! Infractions to this policy will result in your membership being revoked and/or Blacklisted. You as a leader are to use common sense and have a good judgement of intent, to determine whether the person is serious.
TRANSFERRING POLICY
Any member wishing to seek a squad or division transfer must speak to the division leader. Generals and Senior Officers cannot delay, turn down, stop, or reject a transfer from their Squad/Division. Any progressive discipline that the member is subject to in their current Squad/Division must be upheld without exception in their new Squad/Division.
However, The Division Leader (or General) of the sought after Division/Squad transfer (new Division/Squad) may deny the transfer. Upon the new Division/Squad denying the transfer in, the member will then go speak their current division leader for assistance. A member will automatically be membership revoked, if said member abuses this policy. Members are not be permitted to exceed 3 separate division transfers.
