Introduction:
The Special Air Service Regiment will be using Clan Labs as its promotion system. This new promotion system will encourage enlisted members to attend more events to rank up. Moreover, this system will make the promotion process easier for officers and HQ members. Valor will be used as points in SASR. You may attend events for valor. Military Police, and HQ members may remove valor for disciplinary reasons.
The prefix for the Clan Labs bot is “c!”. Read below for more information.

Enlisted personnel above the rank of OR-2 Private First Class may participate in events to earn valor to be promoted. ONLY those between E2 Private First Class and WO-2 Warrant Officer Class 2 may earn points to be promoted.
[1.1] | Rank Requirements:
You may attend events for valor. Each rank has its own valor requirement. You need the required amount of valor listed below the rank to obtain the rank. Read below for more information.
OR-2 — Private First Class
Basic Combat Training REQUIRED
OR-3 — Lance Corporal
35 valor
OR-4 — Corporal
50 valor
OR-5 — Sergeant
70 valor
OR-6- Staff Sergeant
90 valor
WO-1 — Warrant Officer Class One
150 valor
WO-2 — Warrant Officer Class Two
250 valor
OR-7 + LOCKED. You must be a position in a division/command to receive a rank above OR-7.

Valor may be earned by attending events. Participants MUST stay for the whole event or 20 minutes or more to receive valor. ALL PARTICIPANTS SHOULD RECEIVE VALOR.
Basic Combat Training (BCT)
5 valor for a BCT (Only available for OR-1 Private)
Completion of entrance programs (SSS, OSS, etc..)
5 valor
Tryout (MUST PASS)
Instant promotion to OR-3. (Those above E3 won’t be demoted)
Combat Training (CT)
2 valor for a CT
Division Events
2 valor for all division events
Raid Simulations and Defense Trainings (DT/R-SIM)
2 valor for events on Afghanistan
3 valor for events on the Rafah Border
Raids / Defenses
4 valor for all raids and defenses
Hosting (For HOSTS only)

[2] | Clan Labs Commands
Clan Labs is a bot that manages points for all SASR members and promotions in the group. Read below for more information on the commands.
PREFIX: c!
[2.1] | Checking for valor:
c!valor or c!xp — Used to check the amount of valor for each person

[2.2] | Verification:
Officers above the OF-7 Brigadier have access to lots of Clan Labs commands. You are REQUIRED to be verified with the bot to use officer commands. If you have a binding with RoVer, confirm with the Clan Labs bot that the account binded if correct.
- Go to the #valor-check channel.
- Type c!verify
- Follow all instructions instructed by the bot.
[2.3] | Adding Valor:
Officers can use the Clan Labs bot to easily add valor. The names must be spelt out properly and there must be a space before the next username.
c!valor (username) (add/remove) (amount)
Adds valor for 1 person
> (Ex. c!valor AlaskanReality add 10)
c!valor batch [add/remove] [username:amount] — Adds valor for users. This command adds valor and gives everyone different valor amounts
> (Ex. c!valor batch add Zanance:2, liam_drg:4, NickModel:5)
c!valor bulk [add/remove] [amount] [username]- Adds valor for users. Amount is the same for all.
> (Ex. c!valor bulk add 10 Zanance, liam_drg, NickModel)

Those above the rank of OF-7 Brigadier may use this command to instantly set the rank of a user. Those who are above the rank of OF-10 General may set ranks for officers.

[2.4] | Promotions / Demotions:
Those above the rank of OF-7 Brigadier may use this command to promote or demote someone. Those who are above the rank of OF-10 General may set ranks for officers.

[3] | Punishment Guidelines
The Military Police Corps and HQ members may use the Clan Labs bot for punishment.

[3.2] | Blacklists:
OF-10 General + may use this command to blacklist users who have violated rules in the Special Air Service Regiment. Those who are blacklisted are unable to rank up or receive any valor.

[3.3] |Removing Valor:
OF-10 General + are able to use the Clan Labs bot to remove valor from specific people for breaking rules. Read 2.3 for more information. (c!xp liam_drg remove 10)
[4] | Valor System
With the transition to the Clan Labs system, there are changes in the steps to promote someone. Follow the instructions below.
*Hosts and co-hosts both receive the same amount of valor for hosting*
*Officers do NOT need to submit the Host Submission form*
[4.1] |Instructions:
- Instructors would complete their event and take a screenshot of all the participants.
- Instructors are recommended to have the participants wedge on them for a picture.
- Those that didn’t stay for the full duration or have been at the event for less than 20 minutes should not be in the picture or wedge.
- Instructors submit their event to their regular log channel.
- For tryouts, it should be submitted to the tryout channel.
- Instructors would have to submit their event in the #valor-submission channel in their division discord.
- Instructors would have to submit to the all the necessary channels (#sasr-events channel)
- Instructors must follow the format when submitting. Those who are not officers are required to submit twice so both the participants and host receive valor. Co-hosts should be put on the host submission as well to receive valor.

- You are finished. Those division staff that are O5 Lieutenant Colonel + will promote and give valor.
EVENT SUBMISSION:
Event submissions are used to submit valor for participants.
HOST SUBMISSION:
Host submissions are used to submit valor for the host or co-host. Instructors must submit this and the event submission so both participants and hosts receive the valor.

PROMOTION SUBMISSION:
Officers may use this to submit valor for those who have passed a tryout but are below OR-3 Lance Corporal. Those that are ranked OR-3 are NOT required to be promoted for tryouts. Officers who have recently hired staff but do not have access to the bot may use this as well to promote their staff.
