The following are requisites for engagement with SASR and its allies that are required to be followed by all parties involved.
Most, if not all, of the information given pertains to base regulations.
Special Air Service Regiment
1.1 — Allied personnel may not clear any other personnel without the supervision/standard clearance procedure of the United States Army.
1.2 — Allied diplomats are allowed into the base so long as they are at the second highest general officer rank within their military (equivalent to OF/9 or O-9) or above. 1.2.a — The exception to this rule is that each allied diplomat may clear up to two personnel from their military as security detail. The security detail may not cause a disruption on base.
1.3 — No allied personnel may access restricted areas, i.e; SFTC area, unless approved and supervised by SASR Staff.
1.4 — SASR personnel may not go within the periphery of the security detail delegated to an ally
1.5 — The security detail of any allied diplomat may not, under any circumstances, access restricted areas or detailed peripheries of SASR staff.
1.6 — Security detail of any allied diplomat may not execute lethal action on Lieutenant Generals/ OF-9 or above.
1.7 — Only the owners of allied groups may be given moderator permissions on base. Abuse of these permissions will result in removal of the moderation powers and can lead up to removal from the base.
1.8 — Allied personnel may not bring themselves or their details in the periphery of the pavilion when tryouts and other events are being hosted, so as not to disrupt events.
1.9 — SASR Staff reserve the right to remove allied diplomats from the base under the following circumstances: 1.9a The Allied diplomat or their detail are acting in an immature and unprofessional manner. 1.9b The Allied diplomat or their detail have broken any of the rules above.
2.0 — Joint events between SASR and its allies must be approved by a SASR Lieutenant General+ before being hosted.
